Introduction

Mat.en offers a wide range of promotional solutions able to meet all needs of the increasingly dynamic and creative carpet’s world.

The wide range of products range from: low thickness pvc floors printed with UV technology, promotional moquette with sublimatic print, felt for trade fair events and doormat with rubber or vinyl edge for small or medium runs with Chromojet print.

The different print technologies used toghether to support of various thickness and material allow to respond quickly to all market demands.

The 3 print technologies

01 UV PRINT

This technology allows to print directly every material without the necessity to heat it for fixing the colour which occurs thorugh the use of UV lamps.
The UV print is perfect for rigid supports or which cannot be calendered such as our pvc Visual.

02 SUBLIMATIC PRINT

The indirect sublimation printing consist in transferring the color from a special paper to the fabric through the ink sublimation brought, through a Calandra, to very high temperatures.
The result will be a deep and saturated color and a very high resistance of the print.
The sublimation is the most used technology for the customization of fabrics like our products Subli-Ban and Subli-Mat.

03 CHROMOJET PRINT

The Chromojet printers have been designed and developed specifically for high thickness carpet’s customization, in fact thanks to their needles they can make penetrate the color even inside the fleece.
The chromojet printers are particularly robust and durable.
